Implementation Manager manages a team of implementation specialists responsible for installing and deploying technical systems, software, hardware, or solutions. Ensures the team is following department policies and procedures. Being an Implementation Manager manages and supports multiple implementation projects. Assesses client's requirements, develops scopes and cost estimates, and creates project plans and schedules. Additionally, Implementation Manager ensures that implementations are completed on time, within budget, and meet client expectations. Responds to and resolves escalated client issues during or after implementations. Troubleshoots and recommends solutions to implementation problems or challenges. May be involved in pre-sales product demonstrations or assist in developing proposals. Requires a bachelor's degree in area of technical specialty. Typically reports to a director. The Implementation Manager manages subordinate staff in the day-to-day performance of their jobs. True first level manager. Ensures that project/department milestones/goals are met and adhering to approved budgets. Has full authority for personnel actions. IMPLEMENTATION MANAGER
ProService is seeking an Implementation Manager whose mission is to be a servant leader by providing clear direction to a team of implementation professionals, and driving accountability for the successful implementation of new Clients onto our platform and services. In this role you will foster a culture of excellence, ensuring that all Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) are met and exceeded, while building strong relationships with Clients and collaborating with internal teams.
Your responsibilities include driving the group's focus on Client Experience, ensuring accurate and effective onboarding, and successful adoption of new product implementations. You'll attract, hire, and retain top talent, coaching them to become high-performing teams that drive KPIs and earn client satisfaction. Continuous improvement is key; you'll lead regular reviews of processes to enhance both client experience and operational efficiency.
The Implementation Manager will work alongside 3 other Managers, directly managing a team of 8 and is committed to leading by example, and developing team members to their full potential. In this role, you will be pivotal in creating a highly-engaged, results-oriented culture that fosters growth and positions ProService for scalable success.

The base compensation for this position is $85,000 to $100,000 annualized depending on experience and qualifications.
To ensure effective collaboration and alignment with our team's workflow, we require candidates who are based in or willing to work 8am - 5pm Hawaiian Standard Time.
For candidates who are based on Oahu, we support a hybrid working environment requiring 3 days/week in the office, and this position is located in Hawaii-Kai, Honolulu, HI.
