Implementation Manager manages a team of implementation specialists responsible for installing and deploying technical systems, software, hardware, or solutions. Ensures the team is following department policies and procedures. Being an Implementation Manager manages and supports multiple implementation projects. Assesses client's requirements, develops scopes and cost estimates, and creates project plans and schedules. Additionally, Implementation Manager ensures that implementations are completed on time, within budget, and meet client expectations. Responds to and resolves escalated client issues during or after implementations. Troubleshoots and recommends solutions to implementation problems or challenges. May be involved in pre-sales product demonstrations or assist in developing proposals. Requires a bachelor's degree in area of technical specialty. Typically reports to a director. The Implementation Manager manages subordinate staff in the day-to-day performance of their jobs. True first level manager. Ensures that project/department milestones/goals are met and adhering to approved budgets. Has full authority for personnel actions. To be an Implementation Manager typically requires 5 years experience in the related area as an individual contributor. 1 - 3 years supervisory experience may be required. ABOUT THE ROLE :
The primary role of an Implementation Specialist is to work directly with restaurants to ensure the successful activation of customers onto the Resy platform.
Implementation Specialists will nurture relationships post sale and reinforce the value in our partnership while also fulfilling the customer’s technical needs.
They’ll lead with a customer-centric and consultative approach to turn contracts into long-term commitments.
WHAT YOU'LL DO :
Oversee the entire onboarding process from signature to set live and seamlessly transition customers as they move through different stages in the customer journey.
Build strong customer relationships and fulfill the role of trusted advisor.
Coordinate and provide consultation calls & customizable training sessions (as needed) to ensure confidence with the platform.
Develop foundational expertise in Resy core products and master the technologies used by the Implementation Team.
Resolve customer concerns and operational challenges independently and through appropriate collaboration with internal team members.
WHO YOU ARE :
You have 1 years’ experience in an implementation, hospitality / support role or relevant restaurant experience.
Exceptional organization and time-management are critical to this role.
Excellent written and verbal communication.
You excel in customer service, you provide clear and thorough instructions, and you remain calm during stressful situations.
You are tech-savvy, communicative, detail-oriented, and highly organized.
You thrive in a team-oriented environment and can work cross-collaboratively.
You are passionate about restaurants and the hospitality industry.
