Implementation Manager manages a team of implementation specialists responsible for installing and deploying technical systems, software, hardware, or solutions. Ensures the team is following department policies and procedures. Being an Implementation Manager manages and supports multiple implementation projects. Assesses client's requirements, develops scopes and cost estimates, and creates project plans and schedules. Additionally, Implementation Manager ensures that implementations are completed on time, within budget, and meet client expectations. Responds to and resolves escalated client issues during or after implementations. Troubleshoots and recommends solutions to implementation problems or challenges. May be involved in pre-sales product demonstrations or assist in developing proposals. Requires a bachelor's degree in area of technical specialty. Typically reports to a director. The Implementation Manager manages subordinate staff in the day-to-day performance of their jobs. True first level manager. Ensures that project/department milestones/goals are met and adhering to approved budgets. Has full authority for personnel actions. To be an Implementation Manager typically requires 5 years experience in the related area as an individual contributor. 1 - 3 years supervisory experience may be required. Software companies that offer invoicing solutions, ERPs, shopping carts, marketplace commerce and point-of-sale devices can now take hold of payment acceptance with our automation and platform technology What you will be doing • Manages the processing environment to protect production systems critical to the success of the business. • Delivers an operations environment that meets all service level agreements, e.g., 24/7 availability, response time parameters, etc. and availability targets. • Develops and recommends tactical and strategic plans for processing operations. • Selects, trains, develops and leads an efficient and effective processing team. • Identifies and recommends cost-saving and continuous improvement initiatives within the processing area. • Ensures all backup and recovery and disaster recovery processes will meet or exceed business requirements. • Develops and implements team standards and procedures that support departmental standards and procedures. • Develops and executes project plans, budgets and schedules for documentation of work and results. • Develops, manages and forecasts the budgets for the relevant cost centers. • Other related duties assigned as needed. The pay range for this full-time position is $83,060.00 - $139,530.00 and reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for this position based on the posted role, level, and location.
