Implementation Manager manages a team of implementation specialists responsible for installing and deploying technical systems, software, hardware, or solutions. Ensures the team is following department policies and procedures. Being an Implementation Manager manages and supports multiple implementation projects. Assesses client's requirements, develops scopes and cost estimates, and creates project plans and schedules. Additionally, Implementation Manager ensures that implementations are completed on time, within budget, and meet client expectations. Responds to and resolves escalated client issues during or after implementations. Troubleshoots and recommends solutions to implementation problems or challenges. May be involved in pre-sales product demonstrations or assist in developing proposals. Requires a bachelor's degree in area of technical specialty. Typically reports to a director. The Implementation Manager manages subordinate staff in the day-to-day performance of their jobs. True first level manager. Responsible for the implementation of operationally-based technology initiatives across a broad group of technology disciplines, such as infrastructure, network, telecommunications, databases and support services. This role will oversee these initiatives by managing the pool of resources, scheduling work, communicating plans/updates internally and externally, and managing the portfolio of project-based work throughout the IT operations team.

You are responsible for reporting all employment related injury claims to the insurance carrier or applicable state fund within 24 hours of notice of the incident by your employee; You are responsible for reporting any employment related injury you incur to your direct supervisor as soon as possible following an incident resulting in an injury.

Education/Experience: A Bachelor’s Degree in computer science, MIS, business or equivalent work experience; Previous experience in the retail industry is highly desired. Certified project management is highly desired, project management experience is acceptable. Experience leading technical teams is required.
Specific Skills
Certificates, Licenses, Registrations: Must have experience with Microsoft systems such as Windows, Office, etc. Previous / current experience with enterprise-level CRM systems is required.
Physical Demands: Ability to sit for prolonged periods of time and use computer equipment
Supervisory Responsibilities: Will require direct-line supervisory duties.
Work Environment: Standard office environment. May require less than 10% travel.
Language Skills: English is the primary language skill; however, bilingual skills may be required based on business necessity.
