The firm's long-time intake specialist is retiring! Here is an opening to work with an experienced immigration attorney and his team of legal assistants in a unique environment. Our setting is a very busy law office where you will enjoy a wide variety of duties, the day will fly by. Along with prospective client communication across a variety of platforms, you will assist with staff communication, file/record management, billing and scheduling. Your motivation for keeping track of a wide variety of people and their immigration needs will be a challenge that will keep you busy and valuable. You will be successful if your skill set includes great organizational skills, memory, attention to detail, and the ability to collaborate with other team members. We need someone who is reliable and dependable, we will train you for the specific duties. This is a full time position, some schedule flexibility is possible.
