Administrative Assistant Duties & Responsibilities

Hours:

• Mondays & Wednesdays, 1pm - 8pm
• Additional hours available periodically
• Approx. 14 hrs/wk ($16/hr. bonuses!)

Qualifications:

• Superb customer service skills
• Excellent computer & technical skills
• Organized & Professional
• High School Diploma (Minimum)
• Must be 18 or older

Responsibilities:

Customer Support

• Answer phones
• Schedule appointments
• Set-up new clients in Simple Practice (practice management software)

Office Support

• File Documents
• Maintain Supplies
• Maintain Professional & Peaceful Office Ambiance
• Sanitize
• Vacuum
• Dust
• Wash windows
• Empty trashes
• Music
• Scents

Administrative Support

• Create / Maintain digital marketing campaigns and other media production
• Oversee client billing efforts
• Conduct systems audits
• Provide technical support
• Other duties & responsibilities as assigned
