IT Vendor Relationship Director designs and implements the organization's strategic technology vendor management program to meet company needs and comply with required quality standards. Selects providers and oversees procurement of IT products and services to monitor and maintain operational costs and budgets. Being an IT Vendor Relationship Director administers the request for proposals process to vet the reputation and quality of vendor products. Negotiates service level agreements to ensure performance/quality metrics, responsibilities, expectations, and penalties are clearly defined. Additionally, IT Vendor Relationship Director works closely with managers and teams to monitor, maintain, and improve existing vendor relationships. The Relationship Manager is responsible for the maintenance, cultivation and retention of an established client portfolio. The Commercial Relationship Manager is responsible for developing and cultivating new client portfolio relationships to meet all ongoing established portfolio growth goals. The Relationship Manager should have significant expertise and experience with all complex credit skills and have a high level and detailed understanding of all banking credit, deposit and treasury products.
Professional / Educational Experience:
Bachelor’s degree (B.A.) from four-year college or university in a related field and minimum 7-10 year’s relevant banking experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
The hiring pay range for this position is $91,045 to $157,227. In addition to the pay range listed, all bank positions are eligible for incentive compensation, which varies based on role. The pay rate for a successful applicant depends on a variety of factors including but not limited to geographic location, work experience, education, and/or skill level.
