Talentry is looking for a skilled hands-on IT Director who
can help develop and implement IT strategy and management pertaining to the IT infrastructure,
hardware, software, and systems.
The right person will work closely with the executive
leadership to evaluate and implement strategies that will focus in large part
on systems integration, cloud migration, security, and process improvement. He
or she will oversee all of the technology operations, including office and
engineering IT.
This director will manage multiple direct reports, develop budget,
oversee vendors, and own the IT roadmap.
Requirements:
1. BS degree (minimum requirement) or higher.
2. 12 years of related experience.
3. Experience as a hands-on IT manager/director in
the aerospace/defense field.
4. Ability to work onsite in NW Orange County, CA.
5. Proven history of analyzing, developing,
implementing, and evaluating robust IT solutions.
6. Excellent management and communication skills.
