Job Summary:
The DC Compliance Coordinator will assist the Compliance Manager in the administration of customer and vendor requirements including routing instructions, packaging and labeling to distribution center.
Essential Functions (Including but not limited to):
· Primary point of contact for inquiries for assigned accounts.
· Conduct inquiries from DC & Customer Service (audit, troubleshoot compliance errors, ticketing, labeling, shipping instructions.
· Provide label information, auditing & approval of tickets and label information.
· Auditing and review Packaging, labeling, ticketing, and Shipping requirements.
· Monitor, review, and resolve compliance errors to ensure orders are processed properly.
· Maintains accurate records of customer requirements and updates system tools, databases, spreadsheets, and documents as necessary.
· Prepare and send responses at the direction of the Compliance Manager.
· Partners internally with peers and leadership to meet building productivity, safety and quality goals and works externally to fulfill customer needs.
· Ensures that job duties and responsibilities of associates are safely completed in a consistent, accurate, and productive manner.
· Maintain high level of floor presence to direct the flow of work and make the necessary movement of the team.
· Use discretion and independent judgment while maintaining the integrity of our Mission, Vision, and Values statement in making all business decisions.
· Ensure all safety programs and requirements are met, holding the organization to the highest standards of safety and compliance.
