Assists vendor selection by reviewing and evaluating requests for proposals and contracts. Develops dashboards, reports, and presentations to track vendor performance. Additionally, IT Vendor Management Analyst proactively identifies areas where performance is at risk and collaborates with vendors to establish service quality mitigation strategies. JOB DESCRIPTION:
The Client seeks an experienced and long-term IT Systems Analyst Professional.
Requirements
· Detail-oriented to ensure that settings/entries into systems are accurate and consistent.
· Able to assume the primary duty of creating and managing user accounts in a wide variety of systems including changing permissions and resetting passwords.
· Strong ability to write Microsoft SQL code to do data mining tasks in order to fulfill both internal and external requests.
· Ability to create reports and dashboards using SQL Server Reporting Services (SSRS) and Power BI.
· Assist with system testing as needed.
· Ability to communicate clearly with end users in English, both orally and in writing, as well as produce clearly written documentation of processes/troubleshooting steps for use by other team members.
· Other duties as required, in alignment with skills and experience.
Desirable Skills/Knowledge
· Supporting/implementing interfaces between systems using common data formats including XML, JSON, CSV, etc. and technologies including web-services, FTP, etc.
· Basic programming skills using technologies such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript, C#, .NET, etc.
· Experience with Active Directory, specifically Security Groups and Distribution Lists.
· Basic understanding of computer networking principles including equipment and protocols.
