IT Vendor Management Analyst is responsible for the day-to-day administration of technology vendor relationships and serves as the organization's point of contact to ensure smooth performance of operations. Assists vendor selection by reviewing and evaluating requests for proposals and contracts. Being an IT Vendor Management Analyst monitors compliance with service level agreements to ensure performance/quality metrics, responsibilities, and expectations are met. Develops dashboards, reports, and presentations to track vendor performance. Additionally, IT Vendor Management Analyst proactively identifies areas where performance is at risk and collaborates with vendors to establish service quality mitigation strategies. Appropriately escalates vendor product and service issues. Typically requires a bachelor's degree. Typically reports to a manager. The IT Vendor Management Analyst work is closely managed.     Vendor Managed Inventory (VMI) Specialist

    We seek a VMI Specialist—including military veterans with relevant experience—to establish productive relationships with key individuals at assigned customers and provide supplemental service support for outside sales associates in the areas of conversions, ordering stock, vending solutions, putting away orders, 5S handling of service and equipment, and expediting.

    HOW YOU’LL CONTRIBUTE

    • Travel daily in your company-provided automobile to support the implementation of Vendor Managed Inventory programs at customer locations in your territory.
    • Ensure appropriate customer stock levels, generate new orders for merchandise, and obtain customer approval to place orders when required.
    • Unpack orders, check accuracy of shipments, and put away stock at customer locations.
    • Provide communication and feedback to sales representatives and supervisor as appropriate to ensure full customer satisfaction.
    • Perform general (5S) housekeeping for service equipment and immediate area.

    • Computer literacy and proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel

    Compensation starting at $18.00 - $18.50
