IT Vendor Management Analyst jobs in Indiana
IT Vendor Management Analyst is responsible for the day-to-day administration of technology vendor relationships and serves as the organization's point of contact to ensure smooth performance of operations. Assists vendor selection by reviewing and evaluating requests for proposals and contracts. Being an IT Vendor Management Analyst monitors compliance with service level agreements to ensure performance/quality metrics, responsibilities, and expectations are met. Develops dashboards, reports, and presentations to track vendor performance. Additionally, IT Vendor Management Analyst proactively identifies areas where performance is at risk and collaborates with vendors to establish service quality mitigation strategies. Appropriately escalates vendor product and service issues. Typically requires a bachelor's degree. Typically reports to a manager. The IT Vendor Management Analyst work is closely managed. Position Summary:The IT Analyst is responsible for providing outstanding IT support to internal and external customers and maintaining a stable workflow of in-house trouble tickets and IT related projects. This position is an in-person, in-office role.Primary Responsibilities:
- Maintain responsibility for the installation and troubleshooting of hardware and software, either in-person or remotely
- Analyze and resolve user hardware and software computer issues
- Provide training to team members where necessary
- Configure and deploy new hardware
- Respond to Help Desk requests
- Communicate system-wide technology issues in a timely manner
- Participate in on-call rotation
- Provisions and maintains M365 accounts and software
Required Skills/Abilities:- Excellent communication skills both written and spoken

- Ability to install and maintain hardware and software
- Ability to understand various operating systems
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office products
- Ability to analyze, configure and repair various hardware
- Ability to solve hardware and software problems

- Drive to complete project work on time
- Ability to effectively prioritize and handle multiple tasks and projects
Education & Experience:- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology or related field, or equivalent experience
- 2-3 years of direct experience in Information Technology
- Proficient in Windows, Linux
- Experience within Healthcare Industry preferred

- Responsible for protecting data entrusted to HHIT by customers or other parties by strictly adhering to HHIT’s data security and privacy policies and procedures, as well as HIPAA, PIPEDA and all other applicable law.
