IT Vendor Management Analyst jobs in Coachella, CA

Seeking an Order Management Specialist to manage and support the order process for vegetation management. Business hours for this role is 7am-3:30pm Monday-Friday with overtime as needed.

Pay: $35.62/hour W2

Start: Mid-May
Duration: 18 months (40 hours per week)
Location: Rialto, CA (Hybrid – onsite Wednesdays)

Requirements:

• 3 years of relevant customer service/order fulfillment experience
• Strong Excel experience and workforce management system experience
• Strong vendor management experience
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Self-starter and strong attention to detail
• Work collaboratively and in fast-paced environment, able to pivot and make decisions quickly

Preferred Skills:

• SAP, LandVision experience preferred
• Contractor management experience
• Data analysis or project analysis experience
