IT Quality Assurance Process Consultant develops quality assurance, compliance, and implementation plans for individual IT functions that support the organization's overall service and software quality standards. Advises function leaders on best practices for the deployment of QA methodologies and processes. Being an IT Quality Assurance Process Consultant designs and incorporates plans for each function that drive quality service and product deliverables. Establishes a performance monitoring program and designs metrics that can be used to identify quality issues, analyze problems, and develop quality improvement initiatives. Additionally, IT Quality Assurance Process Consultant trains staff on quality concepts, objectives, tools, and processes. Requires a bachelor's degree. The technology Lead will partner with function leaders, process owners, to provide an end-to-end view of their processes, analyze impacts and data, and contribute to the optimization of the organization through continuous improvement and process re-engineering. Actively contributes to the cultural shift providing proactive alignment to tactical and strategic goals, process integration and horizontal support.
The candidate will engage with functional partners on a regular basis to analyze, implement changes, and update process models by utilizing sound process improvement models and techniques, managing the continuous design or redesign of processes and supporting enterprise priorities as it relates to horizontal integration of processes and initiatives. The ideal candidate will have a passion for process transformation and re-engineering and will develop close working relationships with operations teams and process owners, building trust and confidence at all levels.
The candidate should have the ability to challenge and influence stakeholders at all levels in the organization, and with excellent analytical skills, critical thinking, and process improvement mind-set. The right candidate will be accountable for the development of process models and the improvement and management of processes within or across business functions as it relates to our efforts with focus on long-term strategic goals, process integration and supporting the identification of horizontal opportunities.
Required Skills & Experience:
5 years or more experience working with business operations, process improvement, project management, analytics, and/or business transformation
Expertise in process engineering and optimization.
Proven leadership capabilities with a track record of delivering results
Ability to challenge and influence stakeholders at various levels
Ability to lead cross-functional workgroups and champion initiatives
Experience in analyzing data, operational models and process maps
Strong presentation development skills including the ability to distil many data points and processes into concise summaries with detailed illustrations and examples
Excellent verbal and communications skills. Provide clear, concise direction to the broader team while delivering comprehensive status to senior executives or project champions
Critical thinking skills ability to assess quantitative and qualitative data to identify key themes that require deeper analysis and assessment
Creativity able to look at a problem from a new perspective and to develop new ideas and solutions
Ability to understand new technologies, intellectually curious.

Prepare presentations and process overview utilizing models and complementary data to assist leaders and owners in process re-engineering activities.
Support process automation activities and understand automation capabilities, in addition to a strong focus on streamlining and simplification of our business
Provide end-to-end view of processes within business functions with proper identification of hand-offs and process connectors
Provides direction for strategic alignment of Operational Excellence processes with our Risk and Controls framework.
