The location of this role is the Hermosa Project site near Patagonia, Arizona
The Role
This role oversees the development and implementation of quality standards and processes in all areas of the project including but not limited to the concentrator facilities, water treatment facilities, dewatering facilities, materials handling facilities, tailing filtration plant, paste backfill plant, permanent hoisting facilities such as hoist and shaft, and ventilation/refrigeration facilities. Responsibilities include close interaction with multiple contractors influencing key tasks such as planning, scheduling, reporting, health, safety, security, environmental compliance, and meeting targets within budget and on time. Close integration with site engineering team will be required as well as the integrated construction contractor. This role will ensure compliance with Hermosa quality management plans and systems by our contractors and will lead the greater Quality Assurance team.
