Position Summary:
This IT Quality Assurance Analyst Lead position is located in Topeka, at the Eisenhower State Office Building, and is within the Office of Information Technology Services. This position manages all quality assurance (QA), testing and documentation tasks related to software development and is responsible for leading a team of quality assurance professionals in ensuring that software products meet the specified KDOT standards.
The IT Quality Assurance Analyst Lead position involves developing and implementing a comprehensive QA strategy, creating test plans, overseeing test execution, managing defect resolution, and promoting test automation. The SQA Supervisor collaborates with cross-functional teams, analyses testing metrics, and strives for continuous process improvement.
