Job Title: Business Quality Analyst

Location: Des Moines, IA (Hybrid - 2 days/week onsite)

Responsibilities:

• Lead requirements gathering and validation sessions with subject matter experts (SMEs).
• Document requirements and use cases effectively.
• Test system functionality against defined requirements and specifications.
• Identify and develop necessary test data to ensure comprehensive testing coverage.
• Create and execute detailed test plans.
• Provide training to staff on system functionality as developed.
• Generate and deliver progress reports on project milestones.
• Actively participate in technology implementations and provide valuable insights for process improvements.
• Utilize Atlassian Suite tools such as Jira and Confluence for project management and documentation.
• Background in Finance/Accounting projects preferred.

Requirements:

• Prior experience in technology implementations.
• Proven track record of leading requirements gathering and validation activities.
• Strong proficiency in documenting requirements and use cases.
• Extensive experience in testing system functionality against requirements and specifications.
• Ability to create and execute comprehensive test plans.
• Familiarity with Atlassian Suite tools, particularly Jira and Confluence.
• Background in Finance/Accounting projects preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Detail-oriented with a passion for delivering quality results.
• Ability to thrive in a collaborative team environment.
• Eagerness to learn and develop as a software professional.

Job Types: Full-time, Contract

Pay: $35.00 - $40.00 per hour
