Being an IT Quality Assurance Director requires a bachelor's degree. Typically reports to a top management. The IT Quality Assurance Director manages a departmental sub-function within a broader departmental function. Creates functional strategies and specific objectives for the sub-function and develops budgets/policies/procedures to support the functional infrastructure. As a Regional Director of Quality Assurance, you’ll work under the direction of the VP of Clinical Quality to ensure the highest quality of care is provided to the patient’s served by the organization. The Regional Director of Quality Assurance collaborates with appropriate team members to provide education to clinical staff on relevant clinical, regulatory, quality related topics, and identified Organizational improvement opportunities. Extensive travel required (minimum of 4 days a week in the field covering the state of South Carolina and or North Carolina).
