Job Overview:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Director of Quality Assurance to join our team. As the Director of Quality Assurance, you will be responsible for ensuring that our products meet the highest standards of quality and compliance with FDA regulations. You will oversee all aspects of quality management, including implementing and maintaining quality systems, conducting quality audits, and managing quality inspection processes.
Duties:
- Develop and implement quality assurance policies and procedures to ensure compliance with FDA regulations and industry standards
- Oversee the fabricate of quality control processes, including establishing quality metrics, conducting regular inspections, and implementing corrective actions as needed
- Lead and manage a team of quality assurance professionals, providing guidance and support in their day-to-day activities
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify areas for improvement and implement strategies to enhance product quality
- Conduct regular quality audits to assess compliance with internal policies and external regulations
- Monitor and analyze data to identify trends or issues that may impact product quality or customer satisfaction
- Develop and deliver training programs to educate employees on quality assurance principles and practices
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in quality assurance methodologies
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., Quality Management, Engineering, or Science)
- Proven experience in a leadership role within a quality assurance department
- In-depth knowledge of FDA regulations and industry standards related to quality assurance
- Strong understanding of HACCP principles and practices
- Excellent project management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
- Strong analytical skills, with the ability to collect, analyze, and interpret data
- Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
