IT Quality Assurance Director is responsible for planning and directing the policies, programs, and initiatives used to monitor and measure the overall quality of IT services, systems, and software. Ensures that tracking systems capture useful operational metrics for use in reducing defects, improving service, and optimizing the implementation process. The QA Director is responsible for maintaining an agency-wide quality assurance system to ensure programs and services meet regulatory requirements, and that agency policies and procedures are held to the same standards. Responsibilities include:
Quality Assurance Programming;
Consumer Data Management;
Admissions and Discharge Programming; and
Serves as Compliance Officer.
The position reports to the Executive Director of the agency and is an integral part of the Executive Team.

Salary Range: $49,924.51 - $61,018.43 per year based on experience and education.

Qualifications:
Qualified applicants will have:
B.A./B.S. degree in human services or education-related field.
Minimum of three years of relevant experience.
Clear and effective verbal and written communication skills.
High level of proficiency with Microsoft 365 (MS Office).
Valid driver's license and insurance required.
Highly qualified applicants will have:
MA degree in human services, education-related field, or quality assurance/improvement/management with one year of relevant experience.
Experience in the field of intellectual/development disabilities.
Demonstrated understanding of the interdisciplinary team process is highly desirable.
Certified Professional in Healthcare Quality.
The selected candidate is required to successfully pass a background check and complete a pre-employment physical and drug screen as a condition of employment.
