Duties:
- Conduct inspections and audits of products, materials, and processes to ensure compliance with quality standards
- Develop and implement quality control procedures and protocols
- Perform tests and measurements using precision measuring instruments such as micrometers
- Analyze data and generate reports on quality performance, identifying trends and areas for improvement
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address quality issues and implement corrective actions
- Participate in the development and maintenance of quality systems, including documentation and recordkeeping
- Ensure adherence to CGMP (Current Good Manufacturing Practices) regulations
- Provide training and support to employees on quality management principles
Experience:
- Proven experience in quality assurance or related field
- Strong knowledge of quality control principles, practices, and methods
- Familiarity with HACCP (Hazard Analysis Critical Control Point) principles is a plus
- Proficiency in using precision measuring instruments such as micrometers
- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to analyze data and identify trends
- Knowledge of QA/QC (Quality Assurance/Quality Control) processes
- Experience working with quality systems documentation and recordkeeping
