Technical Business Quality Analyst Duties/Responsibilities:

• Be a key member of the team responsible for continuous refinement of the project’s quality strategy
• Create the business requirements definition/documentation/story creation needed by the team to ensure the final product satisfies business objectives and user expectations
• Participate with the team on document requirements
• Create and formulate the test strategy
• Identify and document problems, prioritize based on risk and impact, validate appropriate solutions
• Communicate with a broad range of staff to understand issues and requirements, as well as to share updates
• Root cause analysis and resolution of problems
• Track problems to their resolution
• Create training and documentation materials associated with deliverables
• Responds to inquiries and provides advice to the client regarding current and potential system inputs, processes, and outputs.
• Works with the Leads to negotiate plans and timeframes with the IT Team to ensure that clients (internal & external) understand the anticipated result.
• Develops and communicates detailed specifications for implementation.
• Maintains and ensures proper documentation and coordinates or performs testing of system modifications.
• Satisfies data sampling, project analysis, testing verification, and other user requests from existing client databases.
• Acts as liaison with Information Technology and/or outside vendors to support relevant systems.
• Maintains current understanding of industry standards, trends, and best practices through industry and other professional networks.
• Validate features to produce a reliable software that is scalable for the future.
• Develop automation Test suite for Regression testing as necessary

Technical Business Quality Analyst Required Skills/Abilities:

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Extremely proficient in Microsoft Office Suite or related software program.
• Experience with MS DevOps.
• Good experience with creating User Stories and Test Cases
• Understanding of JIRA, Dev Ops, and Confluence
• Basic understanding of SQL and .Net Framework.
• Hands-on experience with QA and Test Automation tool(s).
• Hands-on experience with Design tools for wireframing.
• Extremely organized with great attention to detail.
• Excellent management skills with the ability to lead, facilitate, motivate, and organize.
• Ability to adapt to change.
• Excellent customer service skills.
• Ability to learn quickly and to creatively solve new problems.
• Ability to negotiate and settle differences quickly and peacefully.
• Ability to act as a team player.

Education and Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Business, or related field preferred.
• At least three to five years of related experience.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $65,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year
