Job Summary
As a Training & Quality Assurance Manager, you will be responsible for facilitating the training needs of Reservations Global new hires, conducting recurrent training and webinars, as well as leading and handling escalations from the team.
Essential Job Duties
Facilitate both in-person and virtual training for Reservations new hires and recurrent sessions. Monitor individual progress and offer feedback to help participants achieve their course goals. Administer, grade, and maintain accurate records of all exams using Excel. Address and resolve any technical issues that may arise during the training. Additionally, conduct recurrent training and webinars as required.
Collaborate with Reservations managers to create tailored training materials. This includes developing training content such as manuals, training aids, tests, and self-paced tutorials. Ensure accuracy and grammatical correctness, and record audio scripts for tutorials. Additionally, schedule keynote speakers and benefits orientations, handle printing tasks, request necessary supplies, and address system access issues.
Collaborate with other departments for training needs and special projects while maintaining ongoing professional development to meet business training requirements.
Communicate in writing regarding class progress, including tracking daily attendance and punctuality. Provide updates on course completion and any separations that occur within the class.
Create, update, and distribute product and system manuals.
Quality assurance weekly reviews and any training required.
Weekly and monthly call evaluation, ensuring high quality service standards.
Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) that enhance and streamline processes and improve evaluation efficiency.
Lead meetings and sessions to address team targets and concerns.
Provide coaching to team members facing challenges in meeting touchpoint expectations.

Work Environment
Works in a typical office environment with quiet-to-moderate noise generated by computer printer, fax machine and light traffic.
Physical Demands
Requires sitting, standing, walking, bending, and reaching. May require lifting or pushing up to 25 pounds. Requires manual dexterity sufficient to operate standard office machines such as computers, fax machines, calculators, the telephone, and other office equipment.
Expected Hours of Work
The position is full-time and frequently requires working additional time outside of normal business hours.
Requirements
Education: bachelor’s degree in related field preferred.
Experience:
3 years of customer service and training experience.
Must be proficient in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.
Experience with customer service trainer/instructor environment
Quality Assurance experience
Skills/Qualifications:
Skilled communicator with good facilitator and platform skills.
Knowledge of company/departmental policies and procedures used to issue verbal/written corrective counselling,
Must be detailed oriented, organized, and work well with little supervision/highly motivated.
Must be committed to the development of others; demonstrate and encourage strong work ethic.
Ability to read, analyze and interpret regulations, management system standards.
Proficiency in computer systems and software applications including spreadsheet and presentation applications.
Ability to work within, and communicate effectively with, all levels of employees and management,
Ability to work, with minimal supervision, maintaining productivity and efficiency when required.
Very strong English writing and communication skills.
