    The Quality Training Supervisor is responsible for developing and implementing training programs for custom applications, safety, customer communication, and device software use. This role involves hands-on training, quality inspection of installations, and active involvement in the professional growth of our installers.

     

     

    Key Responsibilities & Duties:
     

    • Custom Applications and Safety Training: Develop and conduct on-site training sessions for installers on custom applications and job site safety protocols.
    • Communication Skills Training: Train installers in effective verbal communication with customers, especially in collecting final balances and managing customer interactions.
    • Device Program Training: Educate installers on utilizing device programs and technology for job efficiency.
    • Quality Inspections: Inspect installations by Journeyman and Expert installers upon job completion to ensure adherence to quality standards.
    • Issue Resolution and Follow-Up: Identify issues during inspections, document findings, and coordinate with Installation Supervisors to ensure corrective actions are taken.
    • Spot Check Installations: Conduct random checks on ongoing installations to ensure quality and safety standards are maintained.
    • Progress Tracking: Monitor and track the progression of installers and trainees for potential promotions, providing feedback and recommendations based on performance.
    • Operational Support: Assist installers with organizing and loading daily jobs to streamline operations and enhance efficiency.

    Required Skills/ Abilities:
     

    • Proven experience in a quality control or training role within the installation industry.
    • Strong knowledge of installation processes, safety regulations, and customer service best practices.
    • Excellent teaching and communication skills, with the ability to convey complex information in an understandable manner.
    • Exceptional organizational and leadership skills.
    • Strong problem-solving ability and attention to detail.
    • Proficiency in relevant software and technology tools.

     

    Education/Experience/Licenses/Certifications:
     

    • Clean Valid drivers License
    • High School Diploma, GED or equivalent
