Job Description
This critical position will oversea a team of both internal and external IT support personnel for a growing managed services company. You will manage personnel and partners we work with to provide outstanding services to our clients. You will also manage the projects to meet timelines for completion and ensure that we meet customer SLA requirements. In addition, you will provide technical training and support to your team, developing them to provide the highest level of support. We provide both cyber security and managed services solutions. Both of which will report up to this position. If you are a certified IT professional with strong leadership skill and the drive to perform and grow, this is the position for you.
Job Responsibilities
- Provide outstanding leadership to your team and clients.
- Ensure that your team is trained and capable of providing technical support to our client and meet required SLAs.
- Provide Expertise in Cyber security, IT Infrastructure, and solutions.
- Manage our partners to ensure they are providing outstanding support to our clients.
- Oversea our personnel who Provide support to IT sales working with customers, closing opportunities, and executing implementations including with assisting with gathering network information for new clients.
- Work directly with all IT support personnel on technical issues that come up day to day.
- Administer all customer projects to completion.
- Run security evaluations and provide security training.
- Train the Sale personal on IT and Security expertise so they can provide this expertise to the customer.
- Work with sales to ensure that we are consulting existing customers on their technology in infrastructure, software, and IT Hardware and services.
- Work directly with the VP of Service to assist with all customer service and IT solutions.
- Additional duties as required by management.
Qualifications
- Expert Knowledge of IT best practice, policies, and regulations
- In-depth understanding of programming, computer science and digital security
- A clear understanding of client/server technology and network architecture
- Strong communication skills
- Strong problem solving, critical thinking and decision making.
- Advanced leadership and conflict management skills
- Strong customer services skills
- Great Project management, including organization, planning, and time management
