Position: IT Project Manager

Role Overview:

As an IT Project Manager at Codeology, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the successful execution of our projects. You’ll be responsible for managing project teams, overseeing project lifecycles, and ensuring the timely delivery of high-quality solutions. Your ability to communicate effectively with clients, lead cross-functional teams, and drive project success will be critical.

Responsibilities:

1. Project Planning and Execution:

· Hiring projects, jobs, and works from online marketplaces, online marketing through coordinating with Codeology’s digital marketers, communicating with the clients; understanding their choices, needs, and requirements. Prudently guiding and cooperating with the Codeology IT stuff and assigning the specific work, job, or project to the responsible person who is an expert in the specific field, completing the job according to the demand of our clients, and timely delivery of the project, job, or work to satisfy the clients.

· Collaborate with stakeholders to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables.

· Develop detailed project plans, including timelines, milestones, and resource allocation.

· Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies.

2. Team Leadership:

· Lead and motivate cross-functional project teams, including developers, designers, and QA engineers.

· Foster a collaborative work environment, ensuring effective communication and alignment.

3. Client Communication:

· Act as the primary point of contact for clients throughout the project lifecycle.

· Provide regular updates on project status, address client concerns, and manage expectations.

4. Quality Assurance:

· Ensure adherence to quality standards and best practices.

· Conduct thorough testing and validation of project deliverables.

5. Resource Management:

· Allocate resources efficiently to meet project deadlines.

· Optimize resource utilization and manage workloads.

6. Budget and Cost Control:

· Monitor project budgets, track expenses, and control costs.

· Provide accurate financial forecasts.

7. Risk Management:

· Identify potential risks and develop risk mitigation plans.

· Proactively address issues to minimize project disruptions.

8. Reporting and Documentation:

· Prepare regular project status reports for internal and external stakeholders.

· Maintain comprehensive project documentation.

Experience and Education:

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information technology, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in IT project management.
• Certifications such as PMP (Project Management Professional) or PRINCE2 are advantageous.

Scheduled Job Assignments:

• Daily:

· Review project progress and address any immediate issues.

· Communicate with team members and clients.

· Monitor resource allocation.

• Weekly:

· Conduct project status meetings.

· Evaluate project risks and adjust plans as needed.

• Monthly:

· Analyze project performance metrics.

· Prepare comprehensive project reports.
