All employees are required to be aware of our Quality Policy and must adhere to AITC's established ISO policies, standards, and procedures.POSITION OVERVIEWAITC seeks an IT Project Manager serving as site lead and responsible for system administration, engineering effort, and providing maintenance and sustainment for existing and new government IT systems. The Lead will oversee our team in the management and support of enterprise-level infrastructure working closely with government customers to identify needs or opportunities for improvement. The Manager will provide oversight for a variety of tasks and activities that are broad in nature and are concerned with technical support, cyber security, IT operations, CAD, and telecommunications.RESPONSIBILITIES / DUTIES• Serve as the overall project manager and primary interface with customers.• Serve as the technical project lead for all performance areas of delivery.• Maintain overall responsibility for the delivery team.• Provide daily supervision and direction to personnel across all functional areas of delivery.• Manage, coordinate, and track work across all functional areas of delivery.• Plan and implement large-scale projects with no impact on daily operations.• Serve as the senior technical subject matter expert across all functional performance areas.• Analyze and propose ideas, suggestions, and improvements relating to customer support.• Review and evaluate personnel work and prepare performance reports.• Additional duties as assigned.MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS• Four (4 ) years of experience as a Project Manager and lead IT Enterprise Management experience in an IT help desk-centric environment.• Eight (8 ) years of progressive experience in information technology that include a wide range of areas such as desktop hardware, operating systems, office productivity software, computer networking-Local Area Network (LAN) /Wide Area Network (WAN), servers, SharePoint, virtual machines, and video teleconferencing.• Bachelor’s degree in a related field• ITIL Foundations within 6 months.• SECRET Clearance• Security CE• Must be a US citizen.• Able to work Overtime as required.• Must be available to travel as required.PREFERRED SKILLS/KNOWLEDGE• Master’s degree in a related field• Ten (10 ) years of combined technical and project management experience in the IT field.• Knowledgeable in Army Network Enterprise Center operations• Experience leading programs of 30 technical staff• PMP (Project Management Professional) Certification• Ability to demonstrate strong attention to detail.• Able to multitask, prioritize, and manage time efficiently.• Strong written and verbal communication skills.• Excellent analytical, quantitative, and organizational skills.• Good interpersonal skills and communication with all levels of management.• CASPPHYSICAL DEMANDS• Predominantly indoors in a normal office environment.• Must be able to sit, stand, walk, stoop, kneel and reach.• Must be able to speak, write, read, and understand English.• May require frequent computer use for several hours at a time.• Frequently work at a fast pace with unscheduled interruptions.• Must have visual acuity.• Must be able to lift up to 10 pounds.COMPENSATIONSalary and benefits will be commensurate with experience, expertise, education, and potential.
