Responsibilities:
- We are an innovative consumer products company seeking a highly motivated and skilled IT Project Manager to join our team of internal and external product and software developers with the goal of designing and implementing digital business and sales applications. Specifically, as the IT Project Manager you will manage the ongoing development of the company ERP, and ERP-related custom web POS, portal and product configurator applications.
- You will play a crucial role in the planning, coordination, and execution of development projects in phases based on critical development and launch milestones.
- As the ideal candidate, you will have a strong background in project management, system analysis, and technical coordination.
- You will collaborate with teams cross-functionally to ensure the successful implementation of technology-driven solutions that enhance business efficiency and customer experience.
- Ideal candidate will have proven ability to Perform a systems Gap analysis and evaluate resulting requirements against existing software solutions.
- The ability to contribute to the design of technology solutions as it relates to the company ERP, product specification tools, internal sales tools and company-wide knowledge base. In addition, this position is on-site in our Connecticut location at this time.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in information technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, or related field.
- Proven experience (5 years) in product or project management, system analysis, or related roles.
- Strong understanding of software development life cycle (SDLC) methodologies and project management principles.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Proficiency in project management tools and software.
- Familiarity with system architecture, database design, and software development processes.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Detail-oriented and highly organized with the ability to manage multiple tasks concurrently.

Salary Range: $100,000 - $120,000 (commensurate with experience)
