The IT Technician’s role is to ensure system operation and functionality so that end users can accomplish business tasks. The position requires both proven experience, outstanding customer service and personal communication skills. The successful candidate is a leader, who identifies problems, participates in designing solutions, and holds themselves accountable. The position offers the opportunity to grow your career, leverage cutting-edge tools and technology, work onsite and remotely while  engaging with clients. There is always a new problems to solve and solutions to design and build. 

The IT Technician responds to support requests in a timely manner, supervises the servicing for all support tickets, and ensures the satisfaction of the end-user, among other technical duties. IT Technicians have good interpersonal skills, possess the ability to problem solve at a high level, have extraordinary customer service skills, strong multi-tasking and organizational skills. The Level III Technician works jointly with the sales team to provide pre-sales and post-sales support, including tasks such as discovery meetings, site surveys, proposals, and presentations on technical assessments, implementations, and ongoing technical account management.  The selected candidate will be results-oriented, self-motivated, energetic, professional, reliable, and a team player. A positive, service-oriented personality is a must.
