IT Project Coordinator coordinates all IT projects and ensures company resources are utilized appropriately. Compiles project status reports, coordinates project schedules, manages project meetings, and identifies and resolves technical problems. Being an IT Project Coordinator identifies and analyzes systems requirements and defines project scope, requirements, and deliverables. Coordinates project activities and ensures all project phases are documented appropriately. Additionally, IT Project Coordinator requires a bachelor's degree. Typically reports to a supervisor or manager. To be an IT Project Coordinator typically requires 4 to 7 years of related experience. Contributes to moderately complex aspects of a project. Required Skills, Knowledge, & Relevant Work Experience:
- Experience initiating, planning, executing, and leading project plans
- Experience utilizing technical or project data to drive business decisions
- Excellent communication, organization, and technical documentation skills
- Proficient in the use of MS Office products (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc)
Desired Skills, Knowledge, & Relevant Work Experience:
- Experience creating and implementing process improvements
- Familiarity with IT environments
- Technical knowledge using various data systems (ex. SAP)
- Mechanical background doing simple engine repair or maintenance
- Experience managing multiple projects.
Job Type: Contract
Salary: $30.00 - $31.00 per hour
