Project Coordinator

Position Overview:

Candidate needs to appreciate working with customers in an engaged team environment, enjoy attention to detail, and be at ease with computers to effectively use software, and learn new applications. You will work directly with account managers, production teams, and customers to see projects through from concept to execution. Excellent and professional communication skills are necessary, along with a passion for interacting with customers and staff.

Job Type:
Full-Time, Salary, Monday – Friday

Responsibilities:

• Planning and coordinating projects
• Work closely with customers to ensure their interests and needs are met
• Keep customers informed throughout the production status of jobs, discuss additional details, manage artwork approval, and coordinate changes when needed
