Fox Pest Control is looking to hire an IT Project Coordinator responsible for planning, organizing, allocating resources, budgeting, and successfully executing specific IT projects. • Competitive pay of $50,000 - $65,000 yearly depending on experience

A Day in the Life of an IT Project Coordinator

• Identify project goals and objectives
• Translate project vision into buildable steps with little direction or supervision.
• Plan and layout project timelines and involve needed resources and personnel to accomplish the project.
• Follow up on progress to ensure that it remains on track while aiding with overcoming obstacles that could or are occurring.
• Monitor and control the work for time, cost, scope, quality, risk, and other project factors.
• Manage the closing of each phase and the completion of the project by ensuring all work has been completed and approved.
• Oversee transfer of ownership of the project from the project team to operations.

What is Needed to be Successful

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Project Certification (preferred)
• Knowledge of Tableau/PowerBi is a plus
• Currently enrolled in the educational pathway relating to Product or Project Management.
• Understanding of Agile methodology (preferred)
• Experience with product/project management
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
• Organized, results-driven and detail-oriented
• Able to negotiate and think strategically
• Critical thinker
• Self-starter that can work independently
