    Responsibilities: As an IT Project Specialist, you will play a crucial role in optimizing our technology infrastructure and ensuring seamless operations. Your responsibilities will include:

    1. Network Troubleshooting Strategies:
    • Develop innovative network troubleshooting strategies to minimize downtime and reduce maintenance costs.
    • Create upgrade plans for the company's network software, ensuring timely implementation whenever updates are available.

    2. Microsoft Software License Management:
    • Administer Microsoft software licenses across the organization.
    • Maintain accurate records of licenses and subscriptions, ensuring compliance with licensing agreements.

    3. SharePoint Expertise:
    • Demonstrate advanced knowledge of Office 365 applications, particularly SharePoint.
    • Customize SharePoint sites to meet department-specific needs.
    • Train employees on SharePoint usage and best practices for collaboration and document management.

    4. Stay Current with Network Technology:
    • Keep abreast of network technology advancements and inform the executive team.
    • Collaborate with other departments to align technology solutions with business goals.

    5. Troubleshooting and Monitoring:
    • Investigate system abnormalities both in person and remotely to determine root causes.
    • Routinely monitor and correct system issues.

    6. Vendor Collaboration:
    • Work closely with third-party vendors to create user-friendly guides and DIY training materials.
    • Empower users to resolve common IT-related issues independently.

    7. Technology Strategy and Project Management:
    • Develop and implement the company's technology strategy.
    • Manage IT projects from conception to completion, ensuring successful delivery.

    8. Qualifications:
    • Associate degree in computer science, Information Technology, or related field.
    • Minimum of 2 years of progressive IT management experience.
    • Strong knowledge of IT infrastructure, including networks, servers, and cloud-based technologies.
    • Excellent project management skills.
    • Effective communication with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
    • Problem-solving abilities and strategic decision-making skills.
    • Familiarity with industry best practices for IT governance and security.

    9. Additional Requirements:
    • Successful completion of pre-employment drug screening.
    • Satisfactory criminal background check.
