Title: IT Project Coordinator
Location: Hybrid in Irving, TX
Duration: 6-12 month contract with potential to extend

• Assist in the implementation of IT integration projects for newly acquired locations.
• Coordinate with various internal and external stakeholders to ensure project deliverables are met.
• Manage and update project-related documentation and reports using tools such as Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, Confluence, and Jira.
• At the Integration Lead's directive, maintain and monitor project plans, schedules, work hours, budgets, and expenditures.
• Organize, attend, and participate in stakeholder meetings; document and follow up on important actions and decisions.
• Prepare necessary presentation materials for meetings and ensure that all project information is appropriately documented and secured.
• Act as a point of contact for project-related queries and provide support where necessary.

• Experience in project coordination or a similar role, ideally within IT or technology sectors.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel and PowerPoint), Microsoft Teams, Confluence, and Jira.

• A strong sense of patience and the ability to remain positive under pressure.
• Excellent interpersonal skills, with the aptitude to navigate complex organizational structures and build relationships with stakeholders at all levels.
