IT Project Coordinator coordinates all IT projects and ensures company resources are utilized appropriately. Compiles project status reports, coordinates project schedules, manages project meetings, and identifies and resolves technical problems. Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and facilitate adventure-therapy activities for youth ages 12-18, such as hiking, fishing, snorkeling, archery, camping, wilderness survival skills, first responder skills, Hawaiian cultural experiences
- Maintain and organize recreational equipment
- Manage social media accounts and the production of related content
- Build and maintain relationships with community partners and stakeholders in areas effected by the Maui wildfires
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., social work, psychology, human services, Hawaiian culture, or recreation) or related experience in Hawaii outdoor skills and activities as mentioned above (preferred)
- Experience in social media platforms including, marketing, video editing, digital graphic art, website development, etc
- Experience working with youth
- Clear-minded, conscious, serious but playful personality
- Strong administrative and organizational skills
- Knowledge of behavioral health principles and interventions

Pay: $22.00 - $25.00 per hour
