Job Responsibilities:
· Oversee the planning, execution, and finalization of projects across Network Operations and IT according to strict deadlines and within budget.
· Coordinate resources and team members, partnering closely with internal teams, vendors, and clients to ensure seamless project progress.
· Develop project scopes and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibility.
· Use appropriate verification techniques to manage changes in project scope, schedule, and costs.
· Measure project performance using appropriate systems, tools, and techniques.
· Report and escalate to management as needed, maintaining comprehensive project documentation.
· Perform risk management to minimize project risks, ensuring adherence to all safety and quality standards.
Education and Experience:
· Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, or a related experience.
· Proven working experience as a Project Coordinator in the information technology sector preferred.
· Solid technical background with an understanding of Network Operations and IT practices.
· Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office and project management tools (e.g., MS Project, Asana, Trello, Planner, etc).
· Excellent client-facing and internal communication skills.
· Strong written and verbal communication skills.
· Project Management Professional (PMP) / PRINCE II certification is a plus.
