We are seeking an IT Project Coordinator to join our talented, dynamic team in St. Cloud, FL (34769).This position will include administrative skills to support the technical team including taking meeting minutes, tracking project status, and working with the project manager and developers. Familiarity with data analytics, software/system support, troubleshooting software issues, and software testing are a plus. Seeking a team player, self-starter with a passion for technology and customer service.
Must be detail oriented with excellent communication skills, highly organized, and flexible to support the project as needed for success. Must be able to interact with varying technical positions across the company and project.

Job Requirements:- Associates degree required; Bachelor's degree preferred.
- 2 years' experience working in an administrative or customer support position; previous analyst experience preferred
- Exceptional communication/customer service skills
- Data analytics and data analysis experience
- Basic understanding of software development and programming concepts helpful
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and effectively with people at all levels in an organization/project
- Must be highly proficient with Microsoft Office
- Properly escalate unresolved issues to the next level of support as needed
- Flexible and able to handle an multitude of varying tasks
- Detail oriented and organized; strong critical thinking skills
- Strong listening skills with the ability to evaluate and diagnose issues remotely
- Must possess excellent follow-thru and follow-up skills to see a problem to full resolution
- MUST be a U.S. citizen or hold a permanent green card to gain U.S. Government Clearance (public trust)
- MUST possess a valid Driver's License with dependable transportation
- MUST be able to pass an FBI background investigation and drug test
