    ITC is currently recruiting for a Full-time Supervisor's to support the USCIS SCOSS program in Essex Junction, VT.

    The Supervisor, under the direction of an Assistant Site Manager (ASM), oversees employees and day-to-day operations, ensuring that work in his/her functional area is performed to optimum quality standards and provides procedures and retraining to employees as needed. The Supervisor tracks progress of all activities in his/her functional area, adjusts to achieve objectives, and reports the status to the ASM as appropriate. The Supervisor ensures that the SOPs for his/her area of responsibility are used, understood, and kept up-to-date, and conducts frequent internal quality audits. At least 80% of the time of a Supervisor is aligned to supervision and must demonstrate ability to mentor and nurture employees. Ability to train and demonstrate positive attitude is a must.

    Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned.

    • Coach/mentor staff
    • Conducts training
    • Follows established safety protocols
    • Prepares and Assigns work
    • Provides an efficient flow of technical support and successful production
    • Organizes workflow and communicates between operational areas
    • Maintains knowledge of technical information of operational area
    • Communicates effectively both orally and in writing
    • Provides technical information
    • Reports statistics
    • Follows all security measures when dealing with fees and documents
    • Knowledgeable of USCIS systems
    • Able to follow SOPs to aid in trouble-shooting
    • Ensures quality standards and procedures are maintained
    • Maintains liaison with Assistant Manager, Deputy Manager and USCIS Personnel

    THE BASIC QUALIFICATIONS FOR THIS POSITION ARE AS FOLLOWS:

    • Must Successfully complete a comprehensive 7-year criminal and credit history background check
    • Must be able to obtain and maintain a security clearance

    MINIMUM KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES:

    • MS Office basic to intermediate skills
    • Bachelor's degree or 3 or more yrs. of experience w/no degree
    • Stable job history required
    • One year of supervisory or management experience preferred
    • Must be effective working in a team environment, with high level of customer service skills
    • Adept at responding to every changing work requirements, with sharp focus on quality
