As a Supervisor, your role is all about making every minute of your crew count, and ensuring that the crop is in the best position to Succeed. Typical crew size is 4-6 members.

As Supervisor of the production department, you will oversee taking and sticking cuttings and potting up plants. Efficiency, quality control, and people management will be your responsibility. You will also be cross trained for other departments' tasks when needed.

Our work environment is almost entirely outside or in greenhouses. It can be hot, cold, dirty and wet. Most jobs require being on your feet most of your shift, bending, twisting, and lifting up to 25lb repeatedly.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $17.00 - $18.50 per hour

Expected hours: 40 – 45 per week
