Duties include:
1. CUSTOMER SATISFACTION – Ensure all customers in assigned block of business are provided the appropriate services each night. This will include quality control through the use of Inspection reports.
2. EMPLOYEE SATISFACTION – The strength of your team determines the extent you enjoy your job and are effective at it. Therefore, employee development and satisfaction are critical. Ensure all employees are trained according to EC polices and procedures. Ensuring all employees have the proper equipment on the job to preform all required tasks. Build relationships with all employees and maintain good standings. Hold all employees accountable to EC standards and retrain as needed.
3. LABOR CONTROL: Monitor labor budgets at all accounts and ensure labor compliance.
4. Technology: Must have a smart phone and be able to navigate multiple applications at once. Must be able to learn new programs and train others on its uses as needed.
