Overview:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Coding Manager to join our team. As a Coding Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the coding operations and ensuring accurate and efficient coding practices. This is a vital role in our organization, as accurate coding is essential for proper reimbursement and compliance with coding guidelines.

Responsibilities:
- Manage and supervise a team of coders, providing guidance, training, and support
- Ensure compliance with all coding guidelines, regulations, and standards
- Review and analyze coding accuracy and productivity reports
- Develop and implement coding policies and procedures
- Stay up-to-date with changes in coding regulations and guidelines
- Collaborate with other departments to resolve coding-related issues
- Conduct regular audits to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions
- Monitor productivity levels of coders and implement strategies to optimize efficiency
- Provide ongoing education and training to coders to enhance their skills

Skills:
- Strong knowledge of medical coding systems, such as ICD-10-CM, CPT, and HCPCS
- Proficient in using coding software and electronic health record (EHR) systems
- Excellent understanding of medical terminology, anatomy, physiology, and disease processes
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to review and interpret complex medical records
- Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy in coding assignments
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Effective communication skills to collaborate with team members and other departments
