**Key Responsibilities:**

- Address client inquiries and concerns promptly and effectively.
- Prepare and follow up on quotes for services and solutions.
- Maintain accurate client documentation and records.
- Assist with annual account reviews (ATRs) and strategic planning.
- Provide occasional phone coverage to assist with client inquiries.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure exceptional service delivery and client satisfaction.
