We are looking for an experienced IT Product Manager who applies technical background/business technology domain knowledge to manage an organization and programs that are directly tied to the development, implementation, or upgrade of technology solutions/services.
In this role responsibilities include, although not limited to:
Applies technical background/business technology domain knowledge to manage complex transformational programs that are directly tied to the development, implementation, or upgrade of technology solutions/services.
Collaborates across organizations to develop detailed plan(s) and manages all implementation processes including change control process, testing, documentation, training, while ensuring adherence to budget, schedule, resource allocation, and scope.
Outlines proposals for assigned projects and/or programs including business objectives, technologies, systems, information specifications, timelines, funding, and staffing.
Lead an organization of IT professionals and establish the right workforce planning strategy.
Manager budget and project/program schedule with all relevant stakeholders to make updates as and when required and identify the right business value.
Assesses subproject dependencies and program constructs by leveraging multiple methodologies (Agile/Waterfall) and develops project/program indicators to manage program health including schedule, quality, and timelines.
Communicates anomalies clearly by concisely stating the problem and specific impact to the project. Identifies tasks, assesses costs, identifies, and assigns specific resources, and communicates expectations to team members.
You must possess the below minimum qualifications to be initially considered for this position. Preferred qualifications are in addition to the minimum requirements and are considered a plus factor in identifying top candidates.
Minimum Qualifications:
The candidate must have a bachelor’s degree in electrical/computer engineering, computer science, or software development and 9 years of experience -OR- a master’s degree in electrical/computer engineering, computer science, or software development and 6 years of experience -OR- a PhD degree in electrical/computer engineering, computer science, or software development and 4 years of experience in:
- 9 years of experience in IT Technology and Supply Chain.
- 9 years of Leadership experience managing cross-IT/BU and engagement via forums, steering committees, communications, while driving accountability to action.
- 9 years of organizational financial and operations leadership experience.
- 9 years of experience leading programs in Supply Chain domains.

Preferred qualifications
Knowledge or relevant experience with the SAP ERP systems such as ECC or S/4 HANA.
