This has accountability across our US Domestic, Ingredients and International business units. You will be responsible to provide thought leadership and portfolio prioritization while overseeing execution of capability builds to drive our business strategies forward. You will also coordinate with the core project team for Ocean Spray’s ERP Project. This role will partner with both the Chief Commercial Officer for International & Ingredients and Chief Commercial Officer USA and work directly with their respective teams to define, plan, enhance and build new capabilities. This includes CRM B2B and order management, Digital Content, Consumer Web, omnichannel, DTC, Trade Spend Management, Revenue Management, Retail execution and B2B Distributor Management. In Addition, this role will also partner with the SVP of Research & Development and Sustainability on innovation, quality, and commercialization systems. Within your scope you will have management of Tech resources and aid in the coaching and development of that team aligned to a strategy and executional standards. Given the role’s global scope you will be required to bring strategic vision to life in partnership with our functions, join the dots of process and capabilities between Business Units and drive execution excellence in functional and technology design. Leadership responsibilities Working tightly with your business partners, you will be responsible for the development and ownership of our corporate application technology roadmap, aligned with OSC’s mid-term and long-term business goals and technology strategy, primarily across Commercial US and International & Ingredients businesses as well as the Research & Development business teams with a critical focus on PLM deployment. Lean in, strategize, develop/evaluate new capabilities, establish programs and projects with outcome-based business cases, metrics and ensure executional excellence is achieved through disciplined project management and attention to detail. Planning people and financial resources you will optimize the commercial and R&D IT portfolios to make sure there is maximum value delivered to the business. Where necessary work with your business partners to prioritize, sequence delay or cancel project requests. Manage all OPEX spend and vendor management relationships within your domain, this includes establishing support structure and SLAs to govern our business. Build strategic partnerships with vendors and leverage and ecosystem of partners to solve business challenges. Work with Data Protection team, ensure design and controls and new and existing applications meet global standards in protection and consumer rights. Own and develop CRM / Customer First program that helps the business drive and improve better business processes to drive forward and automate work. Build partnerships with business stakeholder as their trusted adviser and coach them on industry best practices. Create and maintain Business and Systems Reference Architecture diagrams. Collaborate with Tech Dev teams to ensure Integration and Data Flow architectures are created and maintained. Provide end-to-end Solution Architecture with your team, out of the box, creative thinking, extending existing software (instead of point solutions) to solve complex business problems. Lead and develop a team in line with our values. Day-to-Day Support related responsibilities Drive a portfolio of in scope applications and extract business value from better processes, analytical insights and capability building. Work with Operations to ensure support and release management is optimized. Manage and guide your team of Product Managers, to continuously deliver value on existing products, provide excellent day-to-day support and customer satisfaction. Accountable and responsible for application software cost management and lifecycle Ensure incident management rigor is in place with the team, be an escalation point and bridge internal and 3rd party support services and vendors to gain the support we need. Provide advanced expertise on industry trends and emerging technologies in marketing technology and provide insights to our business. Act as a Business Relationship Manager to our functions, ensuring that demand technology solutions align with the overall business strategy and objectives. What We Are Looking For: Global Commercial Operations Expertise: 5 Years experience within commercial technology ecosystem and management of various capabilities conforming to regulatory and compliance country laws. Strong understanding and experience of the marketing technology stack, Trade Promotion management, Demand Planning and CRM/customer data platforms. Research & Development Expertise: Demonstrated experience and track record supporting R&D new product development. Prior experience supporting a PLM implementation is highly desirable. Industry-Specific Knowledge: A background in the Consumer-Packaged Goods (CPG) or Food & Beverage industry is highly preferred, Experience working with cross-functional teams and the ability to lead Product centric and technical discussions. Stakeholder Engagement: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with a track record of influencing senior stakeholders to adopt industry best practices in terms of business processes and technology solutions. Proven experience in promoting collaboration and transparency. Extensive Service Management Experience: A minimum of 8 years of proven experience in leading and managing complex IT services, with a strong emphasis on service governance, vendor and partner management, and continuous service improvement. Direct experience in managing Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) is essential. Data-Driven Decision-Making: Strong research, data analysis, and problem visualization skills, enabling data-driven decision-making and the ability to identify opportunities for service enhancement. Certification in Service Management: Certification in ITIL (Information Technology Infrastructure Library) or a relevant service management framework is highly desirable, showcasing your commitment to service excellence. Change & Release Management Expertise: Proven experience in leading and supporting complex change and release initiatives across corporate domains and systems, demonstrating your ability to navigate and drive transformation efforts effectively.
