IT Procurement Manager jobs in Idaho Falls, ID

CRI Advantage is seeking (3) REMOTE IT Project Managers to work with our federal governmental client. The work would be 4, 10-hour days, Monday - Thursday. The project managers would manage a wide variety of IT projects including software development, configuration of commercial products, and infrastructure projects. This will include managing multi-functional teams of IT professionals and fostering tight collaboration. Applicants will be expected to manage all phases of the project life cycle from initiation through closeout and must have skills and expertise in all these areas. Candidates must be well versed in requirements gathering & analysis, project scheduling & budgeting, risk management, managing stakeholder expectation & communications, and possess skills in both waterfall and agile project management methodologies. Candidates are expected to be a self-starter needing minimal day to day oversight while still producing high quality work and steering the project on the correct course

Requirements:

• Must be a United States Citizen.
• Must be able to obtain a HSPD-12 (Homeland Security Presidential Directive 12) badge within 6 months of starting position. BAO Access required.
• Must have a bachelor's degree and six (6) years of experience or a Master's degree with four (4) or more years' experience, or 10 years in lieu of a degree in project management, business or IT
• Individuals must have experience with budgeting, scheduling, and project risk management.
• Must have requirements analysis and elicitation.
• Must have the ability to communicate with a wide variety of stakeholders.
• Must have excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Must have the ability to collaborate with projects teams to solve problems.

Preferred Experience:

• Experience with agile project management.
• Demonstrated experience in rolling out new capabilities and organization change management.
• PMP Certification preferred but not required
