The Procurement Project Manager will oversee all aspects of procurement for all Capex and equipment and maintenance services for all manufacturing plant sites, including greenfield and brownfield plant expansion projects. This position will manage supplier relationships, strategic sourcing, and procurement processes and ensure the timely and cost-effective acquisition of materials and services essential for our manufacturing operations. This position requires a proactive approach to optimizing procurement strategies and a strong focus on cost reduction, quality assurance, and supply chain efficiency.

Knowledge, Education, and Experience

A bachelor's degree in supply chain management, business administration, engineering, or a related field. A minimum of 5 years of experience in procurement or supply chain management, preferably within a manufacturing environment and in a greenfield and brownfield plant expansion environment. Certification in supply chain management or procurement is desirable.

Strong knowledge of procurement processes, supply chain management, and strategic sourcing principles. Strong knowledge and project procurement experience with greenfield and brownfield expansions. Excellent negotiation, communication, and stakeholder management skills. Must have strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Ability to analyze data, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions. Proficient in procurement software and systems. Solid understanding of manufacturing processes and materials. Project management skills, including planning, scheduling, and managing budgets.
