IT Procurement Manager jobs in Dallas, TX

Mroads is looking to hire “IT Procurement Analyst” with one of fortune 500 direct clients which is Plano, TX. The candidate should have over 7 years of experience in IT Procurement: Software agreements or IT Supplier Management, Software licensing agreements, SaaS, Ariba, Software contracts, IT/Software negotiations.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the creation of purchase requisitions in the Ariba system and ensure services are being delivered at the required level of consistency, quality and timeliness in accordance with established operating level agreements.
• Produce and distribute Ariba and/or SAP-based reports to key data and technology stakeholders.
• Communicate pertinent procurement-related information and deadlines to key data and technology stakeholders via regular meetings and via clear, concise emails.
• Oversee upkeep of Data and Technology Purchase Requisition intake form and contract pipeline report.
• Capture meeting notes/minutes and action items during pertinent meetings and interactions and maintain in a central repository (ex. Teams). Track key action items to completion.
• Address supplier payment questions and troubleshoot invoice issues.

Must Have:

• Strong IT Procurement/Contracting experience
• IT Procurement negotiations specialist with strong Ariba experience
• Strong knowledge of Ariba Procure-to-Pay and Contracts modules
• High attention to detail and quality
• Ability to work independently and self-prioritize tasks
• Strong communications, interpersonal, and organizational skills

Job Types: Full-time, Contract

Pay: $50.00 - $60.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week

Schedule:

• 8 hour shift
• Monday to Friday

Experience:

• IT Procurement/Sourcing/Contracts drafting: 7 years (Required)
• Ariba: 2 years (Required)

Ability to Commute:

• Plano, TX 75024 (Required)
