We are seeking a new manager to lead our procurement team and design, implement, and oversee the vendor management program at SAIF. In this role, you will blueprint the way SAIF works with vendors and buys products. You’ll guide a team of procurement coordinators and establish an inclusive, collaborative, and empowering environment. You’ll coach procurement coordinators in the RFP process, oversee the drafting and analysis of contracts, and manage the purchase order process.
Additionally, you will collaborate with internal partners to deploy a vendor management program. To be successful, you’ll need experience in leadership, skills in strategy and communication, and a strong understanding of client-vendor relationships.
