IT Procurement Administrator administers and coordinates activities and processes in the IT procurement function. Prepares RFI's and RFP's based on stakeholder and company requirements. Being an IT Procurement Administrator conducts sourcing activities to evaluate supplier pricing and offerings. Reviews contracts, terms, and service level agreements. Additionally, IT Procurement Administrator inputs and tracks procurement data. Facilitates the planning and coordination of equipment delivery, installations, upgrades, and changes. Typically requires a bachelor's degree or equivalent. Typically reports to a supervisor or manager. The IT Procurement Administrator work is generally independent and collaborative in nature. Job Summary:
The IT Administrator is responsible for effective provisioning, installation/configuration, operation, and maintenance of systems hardware and software and related infrastructure. This individual participates in technical research and development to enable continued innovation within the infrastructure. This individual ensures that system hardware, operating systems, software systems, and related procedures adhere to organizational values. The IT Administrator supports the Administrative, Production and Maintenance Departments in all analytical needs as well troubleshoot all computer system issues.
Essential Job Functions:
1. Support LANs, WANs, network segments, Internet, and intranet systems.
2. Troubleshoot problems reported by users and analyze and isolate any issues.
3. Maintain network and system security, monitor networks to ensure security and availability to specific users.
4. Administer servers, desktop computers, printers, routers, switches, firewalls, phones, personal digital assistants, smartphones, software deployment, security updates and patches.
5. Diagnose, Troubleshoot, resolve service issues related to VOIP telephone platforms and applications
6. Develop and maintain operational process and procedure documents and network change management records
7. Maintain the company security cameras and electronic door lock system.
