About the Role
The IT Procurement Specialist is the primary owner of the purchasing process, responding to requests for IT-related products and services.
You will be responsible for requesting and at times negotiating costs and collaborating with finance and engagement teams on correctly pricing products and services. Completing the process involves tracking the delivery, implementation, and documentation of resold goods.
In addition, the IT Procurement Specialist will be the boots on the ground point of contact for the many technology companies we partner with for resale; you will develop and maintain strong relationships in this role to ensure OunceIT remains a trusted partner, for both our vendors and our clients.
The IT Procurement Specialist will also work to maintain thorough records of our products and services recommended and resold; as a crucial part of the team’s ability to deliver exceptional experiences to OunceIT’s customers, you will work to keep up-to-date resources to support the team in being aware of our vendor partnerships and support models so they are able to easily access the resources needed in the field.
